The right loves to make fun of lefty snowflakes, but Jesus Christ you a sensitive bunch.
Assuming that Beto actually gets within eight points of Cruz in the election.Macarthur said:
And by the way, Corby did follow up that post with another one that said they would reach out to cruz's campaign to see if they wanted to come on as well. I do not think Beto will win but I do think it's newsworthy that he has made a race out of this. Cruz should win this by double digits easily but that doesn't appear to be happening right now. The ticket does not do just sports so this is pretty newsworthy.

Troy on the 105.3 morning show is an Ag and RJ (one of the other morning show guys) graduated from Tennessee. No UNT grad sip lovers on that show.mntamu23 said:
As a DFW resident, I can say that I've never really tuned into The Ticket and always preferred 105.3. Their bias against A&M in favor of the sips doesn't help, and this seals the deal. I'm also sick and tired of politics being dragged into EVERYTHING.

The fact that we invented the integrated circuit, which is making this discussion possible?MiniShrike said:
Is there anything about Dallass that doesn't suck?
Damn I forgot that. Did he invent Doritos too or is DFW puling an "Austin made Stevie Ray Vaugh" like Austin?tyrone said:

Shut up hall monitor
This. Journalism is the college degree of last resort. Full of flunkies. Brainless libtards who are too stupid to see their industry is a model of socialism - one in a million have all the money and the rest are working at Starbucks.AggieBand2004 said:

Haven't lived in the Dallas area since '04. Corby is still on the radio as a yuk monkey? That's pretty sad. I guess life doesn't always go as planned.

I heard so much about "the ticket", so when I moved here I listened several times.
I am still waiting to hear sports discussed. I thought they were sports talk.

I used to have that opinion. No longer. He gave up around the time Greggo was fired. He has few opinions and when he does they are based on nothing. He is still somewhat plugged into following baseball but his knowledge and opinions on any other sport are no better informed or insightful than your average citizen. Many times it's less. Corby runs Hardline and Rhynes is really just along for the ride at this point.Dallasag02 said:
Bob and Dan are the best show on that station by about 5 miles. I listen to gordo segments and BaD Radio. Stopped listening to the Hardline altogether long ago, which is sad. Rhynes deserves better than the tune out partners he has.

Please keep politics out of rivalries. This place is a lot of fun. The political discourse drags down the fun.
I disagree on Rhynes sports knowledge, particularly baseball. He knows his sh*t backwards and forwards. But I agree, for whatever reason, he's less aggressive and forthright about it. I recall a time when another station said he didn't know baseball and he said, on the air, "I'll meet you anytime, anywhere, and when I'm done with you, you can zip up your skirts and run away". That Rhynes is gone now.YouBet said:I used to have that opinion. No longer. He gave up around the time Greggo was fired. He has few opinions and when he does they are based on nothing.
