During our final 6 years in the BDF, 23 A&M football games were not broadcast on television.

During our first 6 years in the SEC, 0 A&M football games were not broadcast on television.

Being in the SEC is changing everything.

Curious - how many total BDF games have not been aired vs total SEC in last 6 years?

I'll answer part of your question: Since its launch in 2011, LHN has televised 14 Texas football games, with the San Jos State and Kansas games being the 15th and 16th, respectively.

So 16 BDF games have not been aired since 2011

This is correct for an A&M broadcast meant more public exposure for us, something that t.u. did not want.

The only thing I question or rather lament is not being in the SEC years before. I can't believe that I used to think that our big games were with BU, Tech, TCU ( SWC), UH (SWC), Rice (SWC), SMU (SWC), and tu (SWC, Big12). How damn small was our world back then? Being Out of the SWC and Big12 is like escaping from the twilight zone!

2. More exposure
3. Huge stadium
4. Huge recruiting advantages
