I see three possibilities;

A) A sip wrote the letter to try to salvage VY's public image.
B) Some TexAgs smartass wrote the letter and misspelled Fisher's name to make it seem real.
C) It's real.

So, in 2018,. we learn about a letter some dumbass wrote an NFL coach, and the coach's name was misspelled.

Not weird at all, I imagine it was written so poorly he keeps it around to show people and laugh about. I'd bet it's prety ****ing hilarious.
