With the number of players that have been trap doored there over the years, it seems like being able to change the names digitially will pay for itself in labor savings fairly quickly.

There is such a thing as negative recruiting. It may or may not help you to have the best, but it will probably hurt you to be lagging behind everyone else. Recruits get caught up in flash.
