The fact that seems to escape Baylor fans is that their scumbag coaches and administrators were willing to cover-up criminal acts that could be hurtful to the university and the athletics program. I'm sure they wouldn't ignore any NCAA regulations though...

In all honesty, he's half right.

The way that universities handle these allegations between students is a farce at best, and this belongs in a real court. However, there's way too much evidence of the baylor athletics program and administration trying to actively suppress investigations and reporting of rapes by football players. That is the business of the ncaa.
