This is just a cost cutting measure within the Athletic Dept. First you cut back on free meals for coaches, then you have to reuse the last guy's print materials and banners. That's what happens when you have $50 million in salaries for guys not there anymore.

You guys may mock Herman, but I think he's on to something. Charlie had too many core values and they were too detailed. Herman's implementing a simplified scheme. By removing things like requiring players to go to class, paying attention, will lead to success in the core values field.
