Whether you like him or hate him, Switzer's interviews are always interesting reads. The sips hated Barry back when he was at OU, and they still hate him today. Other than when he was the Cowboys' coach, I've always liked ol' Barry Switzer. He's a bs'er and a storyteller (some are true, some are stretched a bit). Also quite a character and a very successful college football coach.

Pearland Sooner on OB is NOT going to like this. He's been waging an anti-JFF campaign over there ever since Johnny rubbed his coin purse all over the sooner D in the Cotton bowl.

My neighbor played for Switzer at OU. I asked him what's the longest he's heard Barry talk without swearing. He said 3 seconds.

I used to call the old Clobber Line daily just to get my mid 80's Texas football player fix.

Bump. At a family reunion and just realized I'm related to Barry Switzer. Saw him walk in and was surprised. The Switzer family is huge but we are on the same family tree.

I wish he could of coached somewhere else. Anything y'all want asked?

I always wonder if he was ever contacted by Arkansas to be their coach and if so would he have taken it?

He lives in Arkansas so good question. I probably won't see him again or speak to him again until next year at the 2019 reunion.
