I periodically let other Ags know I have a condo down in Rockport I rent out to try to cover the astronomical insurance costs. I place it with an agency because living here in College Station I can't properly manage it from here. I hate having to do it but it is what it is and I'd prefer to have another Ag rent it vs. joe blow who doesn't really care how they treat it.

Anyway if your family is considering going down to Rockport please take a look at my place. Completely rebuild after Harvey, in the country (10 minutes from HEB), pool, wade fishing, kid pier for fishing, lots of birds to watch, very very quiet complex.
