I have a good friend who does real estate in the Denver area. He said Boulder is a little outside of his territory, but he could refer you to another realtor he works closely with that covers the Boulder area. Open to that?

We used Chip Parish a few years ago on 2 properties in Boulder. One was investment (small apartment complex on campus) other residential. Still have the investment and it's doing well. He's got Aggie ties too. Great experience. I can't remember how I found it but might have been a thread here on TexAgs we interviewed a couple people before deciding to go with Chip.
