Looking to buy a home soon on the NW side of town. Looking for recommendations on a good home inspector and for any other services I'll need for this process (is my first time buying). Already have a realtor but that's it. Will be paying cash.

Make certain to specify that they take serious look at the roof. I live and work in Rio Medina and have a lot of business on the west side and stone oak right now. These were two areas that have been hit pretty hard with hail over the last 3 years. Make sure he knows what he's looking for.
