I have one in the Waco area which doesn't require anything. Looking for information on hosting STRs in B/CS. Is there permitting or anything special that is needed? Any help is greatly appreciated.

In the college station area you have to have a permit. It's dependent on the HOA and neighborhoods in Bryan.
