I'm looking for the same. Prosperity is at 4.75 rate lock for one time construction close. Can see that being adjusted up a little by Monday. Trying to decide if I'm going to finance my lot and just sit on it, or go full out and get the new house and lot all rolled into one deal.

Thankfully yes. Locked it in a year ago. Couldn't afford the same build with todays rates.
