I am under contract on a small commercial building in Austin.
One of the tenants is Castle Dental but they closed the office a couple of years ago but are still paying rent until the lease ends.
They are behind on some cost but the current owner did not push hard as they did not want to risk the payments.
I am looking for a lawyer with some expertise in the area and to help me review the contract terms.
