I'm a class of 2019 Industrial Distribution grad with 2 years experience in industrial technical sales. Located in Dallas and looking to stay in this market. I am working to make a career transition into commercial real estate. I am wanting to learn about various career paths, but am particularly interested in either lending, development or brokerage. I was an ID grad that changed paths and went into CRE. I jumped into the industry via the MRE program at A&M but you don't necessarily have to go that route.

At the minimum you'd want to have some sort of foundation on underwriting/terminology and general topics. My friend runs CRE Analyst and not only is their course well received, they have a lot of connections into the industry.
