What is everyone seeing on rental property refi rates right now? Have a client paying 5.5 on a 30yr and thinking they can do better. TIA

3% no points on 10/1 ARM. Fixed rates will be higher but better than what he's paying.

They can do much better in the low 3's assuming good credit and loan to value on a 30 year fixed.
