We landed a home between tomball and magnolia and are in pretty urgent need of a good inspector. Home has a little bit of land and a pool. Any recommendations? Cross posting to Houston forum.

Also need a painter if anyone has a recommendation.

I'd recommend Lee Rushing of ProVantage Inspections. Great guy, honest as they come, long time inspector. Have known him for many years and wouldn't use anyone else. He covers the area you're in.
