Anyone have an experience with the Casitas? Curious if these are owned exclusively by out of towners and just rented and/or used when they are in town, or are their some actual full-time residents in this section? Appreciate any info as thinking about buying one for my folks to move into for a few years as they will eventually need to move into Parc Senior Living for more assistance. Appreciate any insight you may have.

I've seen some people live in it full time although it seemed to be someone's kids. I'm sure there are some. They are also building out some other condos just north of the casitas and they essentially are a modern version of them with HOA taking care off most things. Shoot me a text if you want more info.
