wife is making a career change and was accepted to dental hygiene program at Blinn in Bryan. Looking to rent 1 bedroom. Since she's not typical college student age we are hoping to find something a little quieter and it's not like she's going to have roommates that are 2 decades younger!!
washer dryer hookups preferible
also, to help make it feel as much like home as possible we'd like to have something that will allow a dog (pug just under 20 lbs)

not particular between a townhouse or an apartment.
since my wife is at different stage in life than normal college student she isn't looking for roommates or worried about social scene.
pretty much looking for a place for her that she can have Sunday night thru Friday. She'll be coming home on weekends. She might stay there over weekend here and there but not very often.

Check out Signature Park Apartments in Bryan. They have reasonable 1 bedroom apartments. With some specials running, you may be able to hit that $800 mark.

Yep, anything around University east is going to be perfect. Not too far from Blinn but not a bunch of students. And it's safe without having to do south college Station. Avoid west Bryan. Too much crime mixed in with some nicer areas.
