I know I am looking for a needle in a haystack, but I am looking for 1-2 acres in the CS school district. We have looked at some of the developments (Winding Creek, Millstone, etc.) and we haven't ruled those out.

If anyone has anything or is able to section off a larger tract, let me know.

There are some lots still available in the Meadows at Millican Reserve that fit that description. Yes, there is a mud tax, but there is no City tax. The mud tax should eventually go away.
