Already pre qualified but shopping around. Looking for 80/10/10 loan or 10% down, no PMI jumbo. My first quote was 3.25 on the 1st doing an 80/10/10. If anyone has better, I'm hoping to go under contract this week!

What's the purchase price? Depending on that you might be able to go conforming with better rates and a larger 2nd.
