Just about everything in Longwood has been selling real quick, it should sell soon. We lived there 20 years and sold our house in summer of '19. We had 11 offers in 3 days and got $20K over listing price. Most homes since have been selling for over listing price.

I'm actually REALLY shocked it hasn't sold. A new build (theirs is only 2 years old) is going for $70K more with their upgrades.
