Do any of you use Turnkey Rentals for your rental property? I bought a house on the coast and I'm thinking of using them. Any good or bad experiences with them?

Had a good user experience with them as a renter in Tahoe last year but no experience from owner perspective. However, am considering buying a vacation rental so curious to hear others' (owner) experience, too.
