HAR is good, Zillow is not bad either (captures FSBO) most accurate and up to date would be an auto email search with your desired criteria from your realtor (straight from MLS). I'd get set up on that.

Does anyone else think College Station Real estate looks good for buyers? Seeing lots of supply that's been on the market for 90+ days. Makes me think you can find some real gems.

Any local Real Estate website that only draws from the local MLS. The national websites are notorious for having bad information about the status of properties.
