We are considering buying some property between Hearne and Franklin. It is 25 acres with a small house. We want to factor in remodeling/expanding the house on the property. It is currently a 2-1 but with a lot of room around the house to add on.

We live in Austin so would need someone reliable that can communicate and oversee things.

Does anybody have someone they have used before that they would recommend in the area?
