I've got a 4plex property in Austin that I'm considering selling. I'm curious to get pricing feedback from anyone who is knowledgeable of the Austin market.

I can put you in touch with a great realtor (not mine - friend from high school).

Also interested in possibly buying.

Edit: I'm open to keeping realtors out of a potential purchase to save on overall transaction costs. Can get comps fairly easily.
