I am doing a project that involves a company that caters to corporate offices. I am looking for the best market research on what people are predicting for the future of commercial real estate in COVID and post-COVID worlds.

Any one in commercial real estate that has some recommendations? Greatly appreciated.

The major brokerage companies have put out various articles on their predictions: CBRE, JLL, Cushman. There are other large investors that have made opinions on the matter as well (Blackstone, MetLife)

Another good resource is the Texas real estate center, they have a database for all the major cities in Texas where they grab research publications from various organizations:

as well as their own research center with their publications.
