Minimum 40 acres acres or so with a 20 acre lake/ flooded quarry.

Anyone ever heard of such a place? House not required.

You got that right Premium. It's already built in my head! Boat house as well. If I can't pull off my private lake I'll be buying a lake house somewhere. Wife likes LBJ but I like Limestone.
