I'm closing today with fellow texags'er Deats99. 2.875 with 3/4 point BACK.

Closed in 30 days.

Both things are damn near unheard of in this market. The man is a MASSIVE help and more than backed up everything he said he would.

Agree. Deats99 is excellent! Before, during, and even After the process. Highly recommend.

Closing costs completely covered by lender credit.
Had to pay the VA refinance funding fee, 0.5% I think. But it was all rolled into the loan, so no out of pocket at all.

Wow...sounds great! ALL closing covered by lender credit? It wasn't "sneaked" into the total loan amount? Origination fee?

30 year VA is not 15 year conventional.
