Those of you with rentals, what site do you recommend for online screening/apps?

Looking for something fairly basic, don't need lots of bells and whistles.

We've used mysmartmove.com & cozy.co - both fine but I prefer the mysmartmove reports thru Experian. Zillow does it too & I think that one allows the potential tenant to use it for 30 days so multiple landlords can receive the reports at no extra cost to the tenant.

Most are in the $30-40 range and the tenant pays online.
