HI! I'm looking for rental suggestions for a 62 year old single person in Bryan. She is clean, tidy, responsible, caring individual. Has a small well-behaved dog. The new senior living apartments are too expensive. Looking for quiet, spot. Maybe a guest house or garage apartment. Is there such a thing in Bryan? Any help is appreciated.

There is a small cottage at 510 S Coulter that she might be able to rent separate from the main house.

Good to hear. That would be my concern as a landlord. Her slowly needing more and more help from me. But I'm sure she is a great tenant now.

Independent, owns business in town, working several days a week, healthy, has family (3 kids) in town. Doesnt want heavy yard work anymore.
