Who offers the best rates in Texas?
Am considering a refi for cash to put down on a primary residence purchase. Can get great rates/deals for the new purchase from my previous lender, but their rates are a bit high on the investment loan.

I bet I do. On top of legitimate best pricing, we have a written rate match and closing cost beat policy up through closing to protect you from market fluctuations and competitors. Contact info is in my profile.

A good plan violently executed now is better than a perfect plan executed next week.
