Are there any growth projections for the Houston metro into Wharton and Brazoria counties? Like the wedge shaped sector between 59/69 and 288? How will the extension of TX99 change things, will the growth be confined to Fort Bend county and northern Brazoria, or will it filter further south?

Looking at buying a property for ag use, but it would be nice if in 5-10 years there were new schools and services built in the area, because it's pretty remote now. Not holding my breath on that.
