My son has a 4 bedroom townhouse close to campus he is wanting to lease out. Any good leasing agents in the area to handle this for him. He has graduated and wants to keep the condo another year.

I tried using a management co a couple of years ago. From what I learned they where supposed to be the best in town. Boy howdy was I surprised. Won't make that mistake again. I would recommend you try to find someone that does not manage their own properties also.
