I'm looking at 3.875 on a 30 year fixed jumbo purchase mortgage in north TX. Pretty sure that's a great rate but I know there are a lot of mortgage brokers here - thought I'd verify. Thanks in advance!

Wow. We close on our new build soon and the best rate we could get was 4.462 on a 30 year fixed. We are in the highest bracket in terms of credit score and are putting down nearly 20%.

Our current home mortgage rate is 3.5% but we did a 7 year leg knowing we wouldn't be in it for 7 years. We've been in it for just over 4 years.
