What specialty? Retail, office, industrial, land, apartments?
I'm a commercial broker in SA and have assisted fellow Texags posters but each field is a niche market. You'll want to find the right broker for your requirements, it's not really a jack of all trades profession.

I do office landlord and tenant rep in SA for one of the bigger firms and would be happy to give him an overview of what to expect in the market.
