I recently used CES Inspections. Had two previous inspections on the house from the last two years (prior purchase and relocation required inspection). He found everything in the prior reports and more. Standard fee includes thermography and sprinkler system inspection.

A friend used Homecert and was happy. Viewed his report and it was very thorough. Also performs thermography, but may be an additional fee. Hard to schedule though. It was a 7-10 day wait when I tried to schedule with Homecert.
