You will likely need to file your 2018 tax returns to show two year history of your self employment income unless you can qualify solely on your wife's income per fannie/freddie (conventional) requirements. We do offer bridge financing for newly self employed from time to time if you find THE house before you have your second yr returns filed.

Make sure when you file '18, you don't write everything off. Can't pay zero taxes and buy a house. Gotta pick one.
