Our neighbors are amazing and I'm trying my best to look out for them on our way out. This home could be a great investment with Gaston expanding and the development finishing near Tompkins High.

Good to hear. I'm in the neighborhood across the bayou and will be listing my similar house within the next 6 months. Hopefully you got asking or close to it. I'm in a 2200 sq ft house and starting to price it.

Which neighborhood? We ended up moving across Gaston down Hunter Lane.

We settled at $5k lower than asking. The buyers seem like a good fit for the house and neighborhood. Excited for them

Congrats. We are in silver ranch. Would love a larger lot like most on hunter lane. We helped muck out a number of houses there after Harvey. Make sure you get the flood insurance, but hopefully 500 year flood lives up to it's name. Just a bit tired of the tiny lots in most of the neighborhoods around here.
