I plan to do a 1031 exchange over the summer. How do I go about selecting a "qualified intermediary"? I'm assuming there is a difference in fees, quality of work, etc.

Thanks for the recommendation. I have two properties in North Dallas valued ~$450k total. Basis is maybe $100k total, probably less. I planned to sell one this summer and the other maybe summer 2019 for properties in Houston.
