I am on the market to buy a house and the top two we are looking at don't have the type of porch we want. Just curious if anyone has any insight on the cost to build a full porch, with pool and with a screen. This would include laying the foundation.

We are moving to West Palm Beach, so yes I know the prices will be different, but just interested to hear any information. The dimensions would be roughly 25' x 20'.

I would guess $20K on the cheap end and up to $80K on the high end for a "normal" pool and porch. Of course you could spend as much as you want if you wanted....

For starters if you don't speak French expect the price to double.
