Anybody use this service. Just looking to see if it worth the premium membership. If their numbers for ARV and rehab estimates are correct, then it might be worth it.

Their estimates could be close, could be way off. Wholesale you have to do your own research and not take their word for it.

Example, they have this property:
9121 Fordshire Dr, Houston, 77025

Asking: $280k
Repairs: $450k
ARV: $1M

3/2, 2032 sq ft.

Someone is either smoking crack or missed a decimal place.

It is just another platform for people to post their properties. In my experience it is mainly swamped by wholesalers. Each poster inputs their own numbers so I'd be sure to verify all numbers yourself. IMO it is not worth the money. You can find the same wholesalers on fb groups and get on their email lists there.

Use propelio.com to run comps if you don't have MLS access.

They also do a daily live stream on fb at 11 am. Tons of value on there.
