For anyone who has SOLD a house to a buyer using an FHA insured lender/loan. What are the additional headaches/frustrations/delays associated for the seller? Anything to watch out for in particular? TIA
In your basic city neighborhood, no chipping/peeling paint, no obvious defects, all appliances and plumbing fixtures need to work. Flooring needs to be in "decent" shape as well.
it's honestly not a huge deal for a decently maintained home...
It is not a big deal at all for the seller in the vast majority of transactions. There are still agents out there who do not really understand FHA/VA and scare sellers about the two programs but it is not typically a big deal.
