Does anyone know of companies that offer home warranty coverage for homes 10,000 sq ft or more?

I use American Home Shield for my 16,000 sq ft home. They don't have the best service, but i milked 'em for full replacement cost on a broken microwave a couple years ago for only a $75 service call fee.

Highly recommend.

If nothing else make sure they cover your aluminum siding.
Cow Hop Ag and Bayside both say they are conservatives.
Bayside admits to being pro choice.
Bayside calls Cow Hop Ag a liberal because he's a moral man.

I will look into AHS. They are one of the worst I've had experience with but it's at least something. The buyer just wants initial coverage to make it through winter before their complete overhaul. Thank you!

Home Shield is as good as any. Buy their top contract which pays the best. If seller agreed to pay sure.

If your buyer is paying 100%? Meh on that

An 8,000 sq ft home is where I've seen a HW actually be worth it. That HVAC system wasn't cheap. Neither was the second.

They had AHS.

Yes. Key term: "Home"
And if it's 10k in Cypress, etc., settle for 3k ITL. (Maybe 4K).

Seller is paying for it otherwise buyer wouldn't do it. It's not in Cypress or ITL, it's in Utah.
