Has anyone worked with a real estate attorney in Utah - looking for someone in the Salt Lake City area. A residential property with potential for mining, mineral and water rights on the property.

It's actually for my boss. He's looking at a second home there. They like it a lot and not just because 2 grandkids are in the area, Deer Valley skiing, mountain flying, hiking etc. a lot to do.
