Is there a site or network out there that any of you can recommend that identifies real estate investment opportunities across the entire state? I know of the B/CS RE investment club and every now and then see other offerings via Texags or even word of mouth, but I'm trying to find more state wide offerings, showing potential properties (multi-family and/or small to medium sized apartment complexes) coming available, or listed.

Is there a recommended site that allows you to search state wide MLS listing for "Multi-family" as opposed to just a single area (CS/Houston/Dallas)?

Why do people list on that (or similar) sites and not the MLS?

Loopnet. Search- multifamily and Texas.

Find a realtor to set up auto serches,
various wholesale sites
lots of internet options.

Hard to search until know an area very well and can identify good deals.

In other words, have a plan.


I like finding deals that have the lease amount of competition(other buyers), homes that need a roof, high days on market, properties late on taxes...etc..

I buy and flip and hold as well.

If I'm buying rental I still look for property in need of repair. Purchase , fix rent and then finance or refinance my private -hard money deal.
