Anyone doing these loans in disaster areas? They offer 100% financing for those affected.

Any info good or bad?

Yep, we have always done FHA 203k loans which is the renovation loan available to anyone and this is just a piggyback off that program.

We are set up for them. My home office actually emailed me earlier this week about them.

A good plan violently executed now is better than a perfect plan executed next week.
