Anywhere between $75 per foot and $150 per foot if you own the land.

I blocked the $75/ft out

I was thinking it would be more like $150/sq ft which seems reasonable for nice quality these days

where are you looking to build and do you want a true custom home, or just a production builder that will build on your lot? I can get you a list of true custom builders, just need to know the area. My guys in HP will not go to McKinney, just like the builders in McKinney don't come to Dallas.
