When I was reviewing loan docs for a major national bank as part of the robo-signing discovery process, I saw lots of fun stuff, but my favorite was for a house that was given an FHA loan with the following address:

12345 Main Street
Windsor, Ontario, CA, Michigan

That was an interesting day. And I hope whoever underwrote that loan ended up going to jail, but I doubt it.
