Anyone have anything positive/negative to say about this builder?

I've looked online and haven't found hardly anything on them.

I don't know them personally but we're involved quite heavily in custom home financing and they're on our builder list. That doesn't necessarily reflect on the quality of the product but on the legitimacy of the business.

We built a town home with them several years ago and had a very positive experience. They were easy to work with, build a high quality home and I wouldn't hesitate buying one of their properties again.

we just signed the contract with them a few weeks ago. So far we have finalized the design and have a slab... goin well so far.
