Who would you pick in BCS to build your 6000+ sq foot home on your land that you already have plans for?

Top Line Custom Homes. Call Doug Smith nine 7 nine 5 seven 1 nine 0 eight 8.
Southern Creek homes. They have an amazing finish out and their homes are built to the highest level of energy efficiency I have seen in the area. The last home they built in Traditions had a HERS rating of 64! Which means it performs 36% better than most new construction.

Why not have a licensed architect that specializes in residential review your out of town plans to see if they are adequate, THEN use his insider knowledge and past inspections' grading system to best marry a builder's skills to your plans & then your expectations in order of priority? Everyone has an opinion, few have a license.
